• The ANTRACK V1 is designed for simultaneous use with Hydro-cooling ANTMINER models (such as S19 Hyd., S21 Hyd., and similar series).
  Please note that the product price does not include shipping fees.

Purchasing Guidelines:

1. The ANTRACK V1 is recommended to be used with BITMAIN Hydro-cooling ANTMINERs to ensure optimal performance.
2. The product price shown excludes shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes (if any).
3. Once an order has been submitted, BITMAIN will not accept requests to cancel, refund, or modify the order (including changes to model type or batch).
4. The pictures displayed are for illustrative purposes only. The final shipped version shall prevail.
5. Contact Customer Service Robot or your Sales Manager for assistance in confirming shipping fees and lead time.

Shipping Details:

1. Shipments are arranged on a first-paid, first-shipped basis once full payment is received by BITMAIN.
2. The estimated shipping date for spot orders is within 20 working days after full payment is confirmed.
3. Buyers are responsible for any customs delays, duties, or returned shipments due to missing or incorrect documentation. It is strongly advised to check your local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary documents in advance to prevent delays or unexpected costs.

Warranty:

1. The ANTRACK V1 includes a 365-day warranty starting from the shipping date.
2. BITMAIN will cover one-way shipping costs when sending a replacement unit during the warranty period.
3. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased directly from BITMAIN. If resold, warranty responsibilities transfer to the reseller.
4. Any improper use, operation outside the stated specifications, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.

Operational Notes

• The ANTRACK V1 supports up to four Hydro-cooling ANTMINERs (S19 Hyd./S21 Hyd. series).

• Recommended operating environment: Ambient temperature 15 °C – 45 °C, water pressure ≤ 3.5 bar.

• Ensure proper ventilation and at least 1 m clearance on both front and back.

• Each unit includes:

  • 4 rack slots (each with network + power cable)

  • 1 water pump

  • 8 fans (120 W each)

  • 1 plate heat exchanger and 1 air-heat exchanger

• Additional items required for installation:
  • Three-phase, five-core 380–415 V AC power cable (6 AWG)
  • Ethernet cable
  • 20 L of 10 % antifreeze solution
